YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia 2025 Now Open for Submissions!

Google has officially opened submissions for brands and agencies in Thailand to enter the YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia 2025. The awards, organized in collaboration with Kantar, a leading market research and data insights company, celebrate the most creative and effective advertising campaigns on YouTube.

Now in its third consecutive year, the YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia aims to recognize outstanding YouTube campaigns from brands and agencies across the region. This initiative reinforces the power of YouTube and video-based marketing in driving business results and strengthening connections with target audiences.

New Award Categories Added This Year

In addition to the main categories recognizing the best YouTube ad campaigns, this year’s awards introduce new categories that reflect the evolving digital landscape:

• Media Agency of the Year: Honors the media agency that has contributed the most to its clients’ success, based on the number of shortlisted or winning campaigns in YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia 2025.

• Creative Agency of the Year: Recognizes the creative agency that has delivered outstanding work, based on the number of shortlisted or winning campaigns across all categories.

• Specialty Agency of the Year: Celebrates agencies specializing in creators, influencers, social media, social commerce/livestreaming, and multi-channel networks (MCNs) that have demonstrated exceptional impact through their submitted or winning campaigns.

The Agency of the Year awards in these three categories will be determined based on a scoring system, with criteria outlined in the submission guidelines and on the YouTube Works Awards website.

Key Dates & Submission Details

• Submission period: March 17 – April 30, 2025

• Winners announced at: YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia 2025 Awards Night in October 2025

Judging & Evaluation by Kantar

As in previous years, Kantar will oversee the judging process, analyzing insights and key performance data to identify the most impactful and effective campaigns on YouTube.
